Recently, I found myself in need of a prescription urgently, and Donald went above and beyond to assist me. He promptly contacted my doctor and efficiently facilitated the prescription process, ensuring that I received the medication I needed without delay. Top notch service. Dmitri and the staff are always so helpful in ways we didn't even know they could be. We've had a few emergencies here and there where we needed a backup script filled on the fly, and they never hesitate to jump in to help us - even calling the physicians on our behalf to obtain the prescriptions. Even though they don't take insurance directly, they take great care to make sure you have the proper documentation needed to submit to insurance. They've made the health-administration aspect of our lives immensely smoother.

This pharmacy is my go to pharmacy. Customer service is ideal. It is a clean environment and people are willing to work with you. Too many pharmacies have agitated representatives who don't want to advise you or help. This one is different and this is why I'm a returning customer. The staff is wonderful.

This is such an incredible local business- a fabulous pharmacy in all ways. Clean and organized with a wonderful selection of merchandise. And their speed and service surrounding the prescriptions I get makes it so nice to deal with the staff here. I highly recommend Greenwich Pharmacy.

Greenwich Pharmacy went above and beyond stayed open an extra 15 minutes so that my child could get their medicine on Christmas Eve. Really appreciate them being so caring, no other pharmacy in the area was willing to help out! They are amazing.

I would give this place 1000 stars if I could. I wish I knew everyone’s names but Anastasia, Diana, and the EVERYONE else are amazing. They have helped and accommodated me so much, are so efficient, kind, and just overall hard working and friendly. Makes you not want to go to any other pharmacy ever again.

Greenwich Pharmacy is truly an amazing store, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by such a loving, friendly, and caring staff who genuinely go out of their way to help everyone. The pharmacist and the manager are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. They are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and always make sure customers feel valued and taken care of. The store itself is absolutely beautiful, extremely well-organized, and very accessible, which makes finding what you need quick and stress-free. Everything about Greenwich Pharmacy reflects care, warmth, and professionalism. I am so happy and proud to be a part of the Greenwich Pharmacy family, and I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for excellent service and an uplifting environment.

Love this pharmacy. Everyone there is very professional. I love going there for shopping it has such amazing brands that you’d only find in Europe. Always gets my prescriptions done and ready in no time. Would 100% recommend!
